6th Rotterdam Interactive Congress on Hernia (RICH)

Friday January 13th, 2012 the sixth edition of the Rotterdam Interactive Congress on Hernia (RICH) took place. The sixth edition was organized under the auspices of the European Hernia Society and in close collaboration with the Dutch Hernia Society and Belgian Section for Abdominal Wall Surgery. It was a very successful meeting with international experts and participants discussing several interesting topics of hernia surgery.
The conference started with a hands-on pre-course ‘Nerve sparing inguinal hernia repair’ and workshop TEP-repair in the unique Skillslab of the Erasmus Medical Center on Thursday January 12th, 2012. In this pre-course international and national experts on open and laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair participated.
